(OFAC)is publishing the names of one or more persons that have been placed on OFAC's Non-SDN Chinese Military-Industrial Complex Companies List (NS-CMIC List). Any purchase or sale of any publicly traded securities, or any publicly traded securities that are derivative of such securities or are designed to provide investment exposure to such securities, of any of these persons, by any United States person is prohibited in violation of U.S. sanctions.
