This Act may be cited as the . Protecting Americans from Corporate Human Rights Abusers Act The table of contents for this Act is as follows: Sec. 1. Short title; table of contents; purpose. Definitions. Sec. 202. Sanctions for communist Chinese military companies and Chinese military companies. Sec. 203. Limitation on judicial review. The purpose of this Act is to codify into law the provisions of Executive Order 14032 of June 3, 2021 (86 Fed. Reg. 30145; relating to Addressing the Threat From Securities Investments That Finance Certain Companies of the People’s Republic of China), as in effect on the date of the enactment of this Act.
