Section 155 of the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act ( 29 U.S.C. 3205 ) is amended— by striking The Secretary and inserting
(a); In general .—The Secretary by striking centers and inserting campuses ; by striking center and inserting campus ; and by adding at the end the following: Not later than one year after the date of enactment of the A Stronger Workforce for America Act of 2026 , the Secretary shall establish an advisory committee to provide recommendations on effective or evidence-based strategies to improve— safety, security, and learning conditions on Job Corps campuses; the standards for campus safety established under section 159(c)(4); the levels of performance established under section 159(c)(1), including recommendations to improve the effectiveness and rigor of such levels of performance and recommendations to ensure such levels promote continuous performance improvement; and the effectiveness of performance improvement plans and other measures to continuously improve the performance of the Job Corps program. .
