Section 154 of the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act ( 29 U.S.C. 3204 ) is amended— by striking center each place it appears and inserting campus ; in subsection (b)(1)— in subparagraph (B), by striking and at the end; by redesignating subparagraph
(C)as subparagraph (D); and by inserting the following after subparagraph (B): representatives of community-based organizations; and ; in subsection (c)(2)(C), by inserting , recognized postsecondary credentials, after skills ; and in subsection (d), in the heading, by striking and inserting New centers . New campuses
