Section 156 of the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act ( 29 U.S.C. 3206 ) is amended— by striking center and inserting campus ; by striking centers and inserting campuses ; and in subsection (b)— by striking and inserting 1/4 of 1 percent to provide 1.25 percent to provide ; and in paragraph (1), by striking and at the end of subparagraph
(C)and by adding at the end the following: in the development and implementation of a behavior management plan under section 152(a); and in complying with the campus and student safety standards described in section 159(c)(4); and .
