Sec. 412. Report on unblocked Iranian assets and terrorism

Not later than 180 days after the date of enactment of this Act, and every 180 days thereafter, the Director of National Intelligence shall submit to the appropriate congressional committees a report describing— whether any sanctions relating to Iran which have been waived, suspended, reduced, or otherwise relieved within the 3 years prior to the enactment of this Act have freed up resources for Iran to provide support to foreign terrorist organizations and other proxy militia groups; and a description of the extent to which any sanctions relating to Iran which have been waived, suspended, reduced, or otherwise relieved within the last 3 year period, have provided increased resources to the IRGC or any other foreign terrorist organization or proxy militia group.
The report required by subsection
(a)shall be submitted in unclassified form, but may include a classified annex if necessary. The unclassified portion of such report shall be made available on a publicly available internet website of the Federal Government. In this section, the term appropriate congressional committees means— the Committee on Armed Services, the Committee on Foreign Affairs, the Committee on Financial Services of the House of Representatives; and the Committee on Armed Services, the Committee on Foreign Relations, the Committee on Banking, Housing, and Urban Affairs, and the Committee on the Judiciary of the Senate.
