Section 153(a)(1)(H) of the Education Sciences Reform Act of 2002 ( 20 U.S.C. 9543(a)(1)(H) ) is amended— in clause (ii), by striking and at the end; in clause (iii), by inserting and at the end; and by adding at the end the following: access to illicit drugs (including fentanyl and other synthetic opioids) on school premises, and the effects of such substances on school safety and student health and well-being; .
