Section 7377 of title 10, United States Code, is amended— in the heading, by inserting after and Counterintelligence Command ; and Criminal Investigation Command in subsection (b), by striking who is a special agent and all that follows through the end of the subsection and inserting the following: who is— a special agent of the Army Criminal Investigation Command (or a successor to that command) whose duties include conducting, supervising, or coordinating investigations of criminal activity in programs and operations of the Department of the Army; or a special agent of the Army Counterintelligence Command (or a successor to that command) whose duties include conducting, supervising, or coordinating counterintelligence investigations in programs and operations of the Department of the Army. .
