Section 431 of title 10, United States Code, is amended— in subsection (a), by striking December 31, 2024 and inserting December 31, 2027 ; and in subsection (b), by amending paragraph
(1)to read as follows: be pre-coordinated with the Director of the Central Intelligence Agency using procedures mutually agreed upon by the Secretary of Defense and the Director; and where appropriate, be supported by the Director; and .
