Section 48101(a) of title 49, United States Code, is amended— by striking paragraphs
(1)through (5); by redesignating paragraph
(6)as paragraph (1); and by adding at the end the following: $3,375,000,000 for fiscal year 2024. $3,425,000,000 for fiscal year 2025. $3,475,000,000 for fiscal year 2026. $3,475,000,000 for fiscal year 2027. $3,475,000,000 for fiscal year 2028. .
