Section 48103(a) of title 49, United States Code, is amended— in paragraph
(5)by striking and at the end; in paragraph
(6)by striking the period at the end and inserting a semicolon; and by adding at the end the following: $4,000,000,000 for fiscal year 2024; $4,000,000,000 for fiscal year 2025; $4,000,000,000 for fiscal year 2026; $4,000,000,000 for fiscal year 2027; and $4,000,000,000 for fiscal year 2028. . Section 47104(c) of title 49, United States Code, is amended in the matter preceding paragraph
(1)by striking 2023 and inserting 2028 .
