Section 106(k)(1) of title 49, United States Code, is amended— by striking subparagraphs
(A)through (E); in subparagraph
(F)by striking the period at the end and inserting a semicolon; by redesignating subparagraph
(F)as subparagraph (A); and by adding at the end the following: $12,730,000,000 for fiscal year 2024; $13,035,000,000 for fiscal year 2025; $13,334,000,000 for fiscal year 2026; $13,640,000,000 for fiscal year 2027; and $13,954,000,000 for fiscal year 2028. . Section 106(k)(2)(D) of title 49, United States Code, is amended— by striking clauses
(i)through (v); by redesignating clause
(vi)as clause (i); and by adding at the end the following: $46,815,000 for fiscal year 2024. $52,985,000 for fiscal year 2025. $59,044,000 for fiscal year 2026. $65,225,000 for fiscal year 2027. $71,529,000 for fiscal year 2028. . Section 106(k)(3) of title 49, United States Code, is amended— by striking Notwithstanding and inserting the following: Notwithstanding ; by striking in each of fiscal years 2018 through 2023, ; and by adding at the end the following: In reducing non-safety-related activities of the Administration under subparagraph (A), the Secretary shall prioritize such reductions from amounts other than amounts authorized under this subsection, section 48101, or section 48103. This paragraph shall cease to be effective after September 30, 2028. .
