No adverse action may be taken against a cadet or midshipman at a Service Academy solely on the basis that such cadet or midshipman refuses to receive a vaccination against COVID–19. An individual may not be refused enrollment at a Service Academy solely on the basis that such individual refuses to receive a vaccination against COVID–19. In this section, the term Service Academy has the meaning given such term in section 347 of title 10, United States Code.
