Sec. 508. Chaplain endorsements

Not later than 180 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Secretary of Defense, in consultation with the Secretaries of the military departments, shall make available on a publicly accessible database a report of
(i)the most recent list of chaplain endorsements submitted to the Armed Forces Chaplain Board
(AFCB)by religious organizations according to Department of Defense Instruction 1304.28, and
(ii)the list of known endorsements used by AFCB to verify submissions.
