There is authorized to be appropriated, and there is appropriated, out of any monies in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, $1,000,000 for fiscal year 2023 and each fiscal year thereafter for grants, contracts, cooperative agreements, and other assistance for a national clearinghouse that provides training and technical assistance on issues relating to sexual assault of Indian and Alaska Native women. The amount made available under subsection
(a)for fiscal year 2024 and each fiscal year thereafter shall be adjusted annually to reflect the change in the Consumer Price Index for All Urban Consumers published by the Bureau of Labor Statistics.
