Section 534(d) of title 28, United States Code, is amended— in paragraph (1), in the matter preceding subparagraph (A), by inserting (including entities designated by an Indian tribe as maintaining public safety within the territorial jurisdiction of the Indian tribe) after law enforcement agencies ; and in paragraph (2), by striking subparagraph
(B)and inserting the following: There is authorized to be appropriated, and there is appropriated, out of any monies in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, $60,000,000 for fiscal year 2023, to remain available until expended, to carry out the Tribal Access Program under subparagraph (A). .
