Subsection
(d)of section 1215 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2012 ( 10 U.S.C. 113 note) is amended by striking fiscal year 2022 and inserting fiscal year 2023 . Of the funds authorized to be appropriated by this Act or otherwise made available for fiscal year 2023 for the Office of the Secretary of the Army, the Office of the Secretary of the Navy, and the Office of the Secretary of the Air Force for travel expenses, not more than 65 percent may be obligated or expended until the date on which a staffing plan for the Office of Security Cooperation in Iraq is completed.
