Subsection
(a)of section 1236 of the Carl Levin and Howard P. Buck McKeon National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2015 ( Public Law 113–291 ; 128 Stat. 3558) is amended by striking December 31, 2022 and inserting December 31, 2023 . Subsection
(g)of such section is amended— by striking fiscal year 2022 and inserting fiscal year 2023 ; and by striking $322,500,000 and inserting $358,015,000 . Subsection (o)(5) of such section is amended by striking December 31, 2022 and inserting December 31, 2023 . Of the amount of funds made available for fiscal year 2022 (and available for obligation as of the date of the enactment of this Act) and fiscal year 2023 to carry out section 1236 of the Carl Levin and Howard P. Buck McKeon National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2015 ( Public Law 113–291 ; 128 Stat. 3558), not more than 50 percent may be obligated or expended until the date on which the Secretary of Defense submits to the appropriate congressional committees the report required by section 1223(f) of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2022 ( Public Law 117–81 ).
