Subsection
(a)of section 1227 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2022 ( Public Law 117–81 ; 135 Stat. 1972) is amended— in the matter preceding paragraph (1)— by inserting and annually thereafter for 1 year after enactment of this Act ; and by inserting , consistent with the protection of intelligence sources and methods, after Director of National Intelligence ; and in paragraph (1)(D), by inserting Hamas, Palestinian Islamic Jihad, Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine, after Lebanese Hezbollah, .
