Section 1233 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2008 ( Public Law 110–181 ; 122 Stat. 393) is amended— in subsection (a), by striking for the period beginning on October 1, 2021, and ending on December 31, 2022 and inserting for the period beginning on October 1, 2022, and ending on December 31, 2023 ; and in subsection (d)— by striking during the period beginning on October 1, 2021, and ending on December 31, 2022 and inserting during the period beginning on October 1, 2022, and ending on December 31, 2023 ; and by striking $60,000,000 and inserting $30,000,000 .
