(e)of section 1226 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2016 ( Public Law 114–92 ; 129 Stat. 1056; 22 U.S.C. 2151 note) is amended by striking paragraph (4). Subsection
(h)of such section is amended by striking December 31, 2023 and inserting December 31, 2025 .
