Notwithstanding subsection (g)(1) of section 331 of title 10, United States Code, the aggregate value of all logistic support, supplies, and services provided under paragraphs (1), (4), and
(5)of subsection
(c)of such section 331 in each of fiscal years 2023 and 2024 may not exceed $950,000,000.
