In carrying out the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (as amended by this Act), the Secretary of Labor shall— prioritize providing access for girls and women to STEM education (science, technology, engineering, and math); and ensure that educational institutions receiving assistance under such Act will engage in outreach and support services to girls and women to encourage their enrollment in, and successful completion of, STEM curricula.
