Subtitle A of title V ( 29 U.S.C. 3341 et seq. ) is further amended by adding at the end the following: Any uses of digital technology for the purpose of delivery of service under this Act shall ensure that the website or electronic communication conform to Level AA of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0 of the Web Accessibility Initiative (or any successor guidelines). .
