Section 501(b) ( 29 U.S.C. 3341 ) is amended to read as follows: Nothing in this Act (or the amendments to other laws made by the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act of 2022) shall be construed to permit the development, management, analysis, or maintenance by a private entity (whether for-profit or non-profit) of a national database of personally identifiable information of individuals receiving services under title I, or the amendments to other laws made by the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act of 2022. .
