In addition to amounts otherwise available, there are appropriated to the Director of the Office of Management and Budget for fiscal year 2022, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, $25,000,000, to remain available until September 30, 2026, for necessary expenses to— oversee the implementation of this Act; and track labor, equity, and environmental standards and performance.
