In addition to amounts otherwise available, there is appropriated to the Comptroller General of the United States for fiscal year 2022, out of any money in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, $25,000,000, to remain available until September 30, 2031, for necessary expenses of the Government Accountability Office to support the oversight of— the distribution and use of funds appropriated under this Act; and whether the economic, social, and environmental impacts of the funds described in paragraph
(1)are equitable.
