Section 2102(a)(3)(A)(ii)(I) of division A of the CARES Act ( 15 U.S.C. 9021(a)(3)(A)(ii)(I) ), as amended by section 306 of this Act, is amended by inserting after item
(ll)the following: the COVID–19 public health emergency or economic conditions related to the COVID–19 public health emergency has severely limited the individual’s ability to continue performing the individual’s customary work activities, and has thereby forced the individual to reduce or suspend such activities; or . The amendment made by subsection
(a)shall apply with respect to weeks beginning after the date of enactment of this Act.
