Section 2102(a)(3)(A)(ii)(I) of division A of the CARES Act ( 15 U.S.C. 9021(a)(3)(A)(ii)(I) ), as amended by section 307 of this Act, is amended by inserting after item
(mm)the following: the individual lost his or her job because of a circumstance described in items
(aa)through (mm), regardless of whether the circumstance is still applicable to the individual; or . The amendment made by subsection
(a)shall apply with respect to weeks beginning after the date of enactment of this Act.
