Of the unobligated balances of funds made available under the heading U.S. Customs and Border Protection—Operations and Support in title III of the Emergency Supplemental Appropriations for Humanitarian Assistance and Security at the Southern Border Act, 2019 ( Public Law 116–26 ), $120,000,000 are hereby rescinded: , That the amounts rescinded pursuant to this subsection that were previously designated by the Congress as an emergency requirement pursuant to section 251(b)(2)(A)(i) of the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control Act of 1985 are designated by the Congress as an emergency requirement pursuant to that section of that Act. Provided
