Not later than 14 days after the date of enactment of this Act, the Secretary of the Interior shall provide to the Committees on Appropriations of the House of Representatives and the Senate a detailed spend plan of anticipated uses of funds, by bureau, program, and activity, made available to the Department of the Interior in Public Law 116–136 : , That such plan shall include a report on the status of balances of appropriations made by Provided Public Law 116–136 , including all uncommitted, committed, obligated, unobligated, and expended funds in each program and activity: , That such plan and report shall be updated and submitted to such Committees every 14 days until September 30, 2021, and shall detail changes in the status of balances of appropriations during the prior two weeks.
Provided further Not later than 30 days after the date of enactment of this Act, the Director of the Indian Health Service shall provide to the Committees on Appropriations of the House of Representatives and the Senate a detailed spend plan of anticipated uses of funds made available to the Indian Health Service in this Act: , That such plan shall be updated and submitted to such Committees every 60 days until September 30, 2021.
