Section 41501 of the Violence Against Women Act of 1994 ( 34 U.S.C. 12501 ) is amended— in subsection (a), by striking employers and labor organizations and inserting employers, labor organizations, and victim service providers ; and in subsection (e), by striking $1,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2014 through 2018 and inserting $2,500,000 for each of fiscal years 2020 through 2029 . The amendments made by subsection (a)(1) shall not take effect until October 1, 2020.
