Section 41411(a)(3) of the Violence Against Women Act of 1994 ( 34 U.S.C. 12491(a)(3) ), as amended by section 606 of this Act, is amended by adding at the end the following: rural development housing voucher assistance provided by the Secretary of Agriculture pursuant to section 542 of the Housing Act of 1949 ( 42 U.S.C. 1490r ), without regard to subsection
(b)of such section, and applicable appropriation Acts. . Section 40299 of the Violence Against Women Act of 1994 ( 34 U.S.C. 12351 ) is amended— in subsection (a), in the matter preceding paragraph (1), by striking the Director of the Violence Against Women Office and inserting the Director of the Office on Violence Against Women ; and in subsection (g)(1), by striking $35,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2014 through 2018 and inserting $38,500,000 for each of fiscal years 2020 through 2029 . Section 41404(i) of the Violence Against Women Act of 1994 ( 34 U.S.C. 12474(i) ) is amended by striking $4,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2014 through 2018 and inserting $4,400,000 for each of fiscal years 2020 through 2029 . Section 41405 of the Violence Against Women Act of 1994 ( 34 U.S.C. 12475 ) is amended— in subsection (b), by striking the Director of the Violence Against Women Office and inserting the Director of the Office on Violence Against Women ; and in subsection (g), by striking $4,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2014 through 2018 and inserting $4,400,000 for each fiscal years 2020 through 2029 .
