The Attorney General, in consultation with the Secretary of Health and Human Services, the Secretary of Labor, and the Chair of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, shall conduct a study on workplace best practices for providing support to victims of domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, or stalking. Not later than November 1, 2021, the Attorney General, in consultation with the Secretary of Health and Human Services, the Secretary of Labor, and the Chair of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission shall— submit to Congress the study conducted pursuant to subsection (a); publish the study conducted pursuant to subsection
(a)on the Department of Justice’s website; and provide the public with educational resources to— promote communication skills in the workplace; and highlight Federal and State resources for victims of domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, or stalking.
