Section 546(h) of the Public Health Service Act ( 42 U.S.C. 290ee–1(h) ) is amended to read as follows: To carry out this section, there is authorized to be appropriated, and there is appropriated, out of any monies in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, $36,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2020 through 2023. . Section 7011(d) of the Substance Use-Disorder Prevention that Promotes Opioid Recovery and Treatment for Patients and Communities Act ( Public Law 115–271 ) is amended to read as follows:
To carry out this section, there is authorized to be appropriated, and there is appropriated, out of any monies in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, $15,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2020 through 2023. .
