Section 3203(b) of the Substance Use-Disorder Prevention that Promotes Opioid Recovery and Treatment for Patients and Communities Act ( Public Law 115–271 ) is amended to read as follows: For grants under subsection (a), there is authorized to be appropriated, and there is appropriated, out of any monies in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, $4,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2020 through 2023. . Section 3260 of the Substance Use-Disorder Prevention that Promotes Opioid Recovery and Treatment for Patients and Communities Act ( Public Law 115–271 ) is amended to read as follows:
To carry out this chapter, there is authorized to be appropriated, and there is appropriated, out of any monies in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, such sums as may be necessary for each fiscal year. .
