Section 8071(a) of the Substance Use-Disorder Prevention that Promotes Opioid Recovery and Treatment for Patients and Communities Act ( Public Law 115–271 ) is amended by inserting , and there are appropriated, out of any monies in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, after appropriated under this section . Section 8083(c) of the Substance Use-Disorder Prevention that Promotes Opioid Recovery and Treatment for Patients and Communities Act ( Public Law 115–271 ) is amended to read as follows:
To carry out this section, there is authorized to be appropriated, and there is appropriated, out of any monies in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, $20,000,000 for fiscal years 2020, which shall remain available through fiscal year 2023. . Section 1001(a)(27) of title I of the Omnibus Crime Control and Safe Streets Act of 1968 ( 34 U.S.C. 10261(a)(27) ) is amended to read as follows: To carry out part LL, there is authorized to be appropriated, and there is appropriated, out of any monies in the Treasury not otherwise appropriated, $500,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2020 through 2023. .
