Funds appropriated under title IV of this Act may be used for expenses for agile development, test and evaluation, procurement, production and modification, and the operation and maintenance for the following software pilot programs— Space Command and Control (PE1203614SF); Algorithmic Warfare Cross Functional Team (PE0308588D8Z); Risk Management Information (PE0608013N); Maritime Tactical Command Control (PE0608231N); National Background Investigation Services (PE0608197V); Global Command and Control System – Joint (PE0308150K);
Defensive Cyber Operations Army (PE0608041A); and Acquisition Visibility (PE0608648D8Z). Not later than 30 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Secretary of Defense shall submit to the Committees on Appropriations of the House of Representatives and the Senate a plan for carrying out each pilot program specified in subsection (a), including goals and metrics for each program. Following the submission of the plan under subsection (b), the Secretary of Defense shall provide to the Committees on Appropriations of the House of Representatives and the Senate a quarterly report on the status of each pilot program specified in subsection (a).
