Not later than 60 days after the date of enactment of this Act, the Secretary of Defense, in coordination with the Secretary of State, shall provide all relevant information and documents to the appropriate judicial authorities in El Salvador investigating the December 1981 massacre in El Mozote: Provided , That not later than 30 days following such action, the Secretary of Defense shall submit a report to the Committees on Appropriations of the House of Representatives and the Senate describing the information and documents provided and the authorities that received them.
