Section 2339b of title 10, United States Code, as added by section 820 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2020 ( Public Law 116–92 ), is transferred to chapter 873 of such title, inserted before section 8752, and redesignated as section 8751. The table of sections at the beginning of chapter 873 of such title is amended by inserting before the item relating to section 8752 the following new item: 8751. Notification of Navy procurement production disruptions. .
