Sec. 1877. Recodification of title 10 statute on cadre of personnel who are intellectual property experts

Chapter 87 of title 10, United States Code, is amended by inserting after section 1706 the following new section: . Subsection
(b)of section 2322 of title 10, United States Code, is transferred to section 1707 of such title, as added by subsection (a), inserted after the section heading, redesignated as subsection (a), and amended— by striking and inserting Cadre of intellectual property experts.—
