Section 2410q of title 10, United States Code, is transferred to subchapter II of chapter 173 of such title, inserted after section 2922h, and redesignated as section 2922i. The table of sections at the beginning of such subchapter is amended by adding at the end the following new item: 2922i. Multiyear contracts: purchase of electricity from renewable energy sources. .
