Section 1322(b)(2) of the Water Infrastructure Improvements for the Nation Act (130 Stat. 1707) is amended in the matter preceding subparagraph
(A)by striking if the Secretary and all that follows through 2287) and inserting once the general reevaluation report for the project has been submitted for approval, shall immediately initiate preconstruction engineering and design for the project .
