Of the amounts authorized for each fiscal year 2018 and 2019 under section 2702(2) of title 14, United States Code, as amended by this Act, $165,000,000 is authorized for the acquisition of three Fast Response Cutters in each such fiscal year. Any cutters acquired under subsection
(a)shall be in addition to the 58 cutters approved under the existing acquisition baseline.
