Section 404 of the Coast Guard Authorization Act of 2010 ( Public Law 111–281 ; 124 Stat. 2950) is amended— in subsection (a), in the text preceding paragraph (1), by striking sections 3304, 5333, and 5753 and inserting section 3304 ; and in subsection (b), by striking 2017. and inserting 2021. .
