Section 676a(a) of title 14, United States Code, is amended— by striking paragraph (2); by striking
(1); In general.— by redesignating subparagraphs
(A)and
(B)as paragraphs
(1)and (2), respectively; and in paragraph (2), as so redesignated, by striking subparagraph
(A)and inserting paragraph
(1).
