Section 203(b) of the Immigration and Nationality Act ( 8 U.S.C. 1153(b) ) is amended— in paragraph (3)(B), by striking 10,000 and inserting 15,500 ; in paragraph (4), by striking 5,000 and inserting 7,750 ; and in paragraph (5)(B)(i), by striking 3,000 and inserting 4,650 .
