Section 201 of the Immigration and Nationality Act ( 8 U.S.C. 1151 ) is amended— in subsection (c)(1)(B)(ii), by striking 226,000 and inserting 113,000 ; and in subsection (d)(1)(A), by striking 140,000 and inserting 253,000 .
