Section 203(a) of the Immigration and Nationality Act ( 8 U.S.C. 1153(a) ) is amended— in paragraph (1), by striking 23,400 and inserting 11,700 ; in paragraph (2)— by striking 114,200 and inserting 57,100 ; and by striking 226,000 and inserting 113,000 ; in paragraph (3), by striking 23,400 and inserting 11,700 ; and in paragraph (4), by striking 65,000 and inserting 32,500 .
