Section 118(c)(2) of title 23, United States Code, is amended— in the matter preceding subparagraph (A), by striking Any funds and inserting the following: Any funds ; by redesignating subparagraphs
(A)and
(B)as clauses
(i)and (ii), respectively, and indenting appropriately; and by adding at the end the following: If the same class of funds described in subparagraph (A)(i) is no longer authorized in the most recent authorizing law, the funds may be credited to a similar class of funds, as determined by the Secretary. .
